| Great neighborhood and for a NYC hotel the price is good. Main points when considering this hotel: 1) NO ELEVATOR-very steep steps so unless you are travelling light, this can be a challenge for people with disabilities, or a fear of heights; 2) The bathroom was so small that we couldn't use the toilet and close the bathroom door at the same time...so be very comfortable with the person you share a room with; 3) The telephone wake up call didn't work, and 4) The covers were stained. |

| I've never stayed in NYC overnight before. I opted for a room with a private bath. The bathroom was small, but it's NYC. The room was excellent. It was warm, clean, and so comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. There was a sign at the front desk that said there was construction from 7am to 6pm, but in the room we did not hear a sound.
There was no elevator in the hotel. The hotel was, no joke, two blocks away from central park. It was amazing. I definitely recommend this place as a place to stay. The people at the front desk were so nice, and let you hold your luggage behind the desk for the day that you check out, so you can enjoy the city without having to lug your things around.

| The hotel it self as far as over all was not that bad it was clean and the employees were very helpful. The problem was I have disabled child and the hotel has many steps just to get to office not counting the rooms. Then no AC in rooms would not want to stay there in summer. The construction right outside the window did not help either. (not hotels fult but still affected sleeping in time. |
