Recent Bentley Hotel Review: "The Bentley Hotel is just north of the Queensboro Bridge at 62nd and York on the Upper East Side. The Hotel is convenient to Central Park, and within walking distance of Carnegie Hall and other Midtown locations. We can't say more about the hotel front-desk staff. They were very friendly and helped us with just about anything we needed. Our check-in  process was easy, and all of our information was accurate. We reiterate the same comments for the Housekeeping service - very prompt, friendly, and professional. There wasn't an ice making machine on our floor, but we called and one of the housekeepers came up with ice right away. There is a scenic rooftop bar and restaurant on the 21st floor with river views and an outside deck, although it was closed due to the cold weather. If there is any room for improvement, it's at the restaurant. The service was slow, and we ordered drinks that didn't arrive, but we were still billed for them. Overall, we would recommend The Bentley for anyone who wants a nice Manhattan hotel in a great neighborhood for a good value. We will definitely stay at the Bentley again."
