| Bel Hôtel, très propre. Chambre avec vue sur l'east river et le queensboro brigde. Belle salle de petit déjeuner au 21ème étage avec vue. Breakfast continental cher et peu attractif. Très beau quartier, près de central park, de park avenue, nombreuses boutiques, mais peu de restaurants.Wifi payant. |

| We really liked the hotel. We intended to stay only one night, but extended the stay. We liked that we could park on the site and thought it was reasonably priced. |

| 맨하턴에서의 숙박은 자주 있어왔다 그러나 고민은 가격이 비싼데 비하여 좁은방 낡은 건물 불친절 등이었으나 이번 벤틀리 호텔은 친절함과 깨끗한 객실 및 다른 호텔에 비하여 밝고 사용하기에 불편함이 없었다 단 다운타운과 거리가 좀 떨어져 있었으나 그것도 괜찮은 정도이다 |

| The hotel is in a really nice location in the Upper East Side and the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Really good price for the location. Rooms are nice, good sized, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has a fun atmosphere to it. Still, the bathrooms could be improved a bit. They look nice, but for example, the shower has one of those partial screens which still allow a lot of water to get onto the floor. Also, I was there in mid-April 2012, and there is serious construction going on out front of the hotel, and it is happening 7 days per week and construction begins at 7am each day (yes, on Saturday and Sunday too). And it is LOUD. I was on the fifth floor and could hear everything early in the morning. |

| We had a very nice stay. The only issue was that wireless internet service did not work in our particular room. However, the hotel gave us a free access code to use in the lobby. |

| Good location. Quite noisy if staying on the FDR side as the traffic never lets up. Would stay at the Bentley again. Staff was very helpful. |

| Die Lage an der Queensboro-Bridge ist optisch wunderbar. Laut ist es in Ney York vermutlich überall, weil der Verkehrslärm niemals aufhört, aber mit Ohropax geht es gut. Mein Zimmer war angenehm groß, mit sehr gutem Bett und schönem Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für mich zu sehr, aber das Türöffnen und "How was your day" gehören vermutlich zur amerikanischen Mentalität.
Das Zimmer hat u.a. ein Bügeleisen mit -brett.
Im Hotel selbst war es meist angenehm ruhig, obwohl es hellhörig war. Es sind Getränke und Knabbereien (gegen Gebühr) sowie Seife/Duschgel/Haarpflegeprodukte vorhanden.
Es sind mehrere Underground-Stationen im näheren Umkreis vorhanden (einige Minuten Gehzeit).
Nachteile: Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, die Fenster (im 18.Stock) nicht zu öffnen. Nur dünne Papierstoren vorhanden, dahr ist es auch nachts nie dunkel im Zimmer. Die Nachttischlampen können nur ausgeschaltet werden, indem man an der Tür den Strom für den gesamten Raum abstellt. Das bereitgestellte Radio mit iPod-Anschluss funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Unter dem Tisch lag ein vergessener Sektkorken, die Sauberkeit war nicht übertrieben pingelig (Fußboden nicht gründlich gestaubsaugt), aber für mich akzeptabel. Kleiderschrank gab es keinen, nur 1 Hängestange (unter der allerdings der Tresor steht) mit einem Ablagerett in ca. 190cm Höhe. Für 2 Personen deutlich zu wenig Ablageplatz.
Die Ausstattung wirkt etwas verbraucht. |

| De er rigtigt søde på hotellet og imødekommende. Der er meget larm fra gaden, men det kan bare ikke være anderledes, når man bor midt inde i New york... Man vender sig til det :o) |

| Our daughter book this hotel for us as an anniversary gift. The Hotel Could not be more accommodating. The staff is friendly, attentive and very warm. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we felt very welcomed and new if we needed anything that they would go out of their way for us. The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. The room is well decorated with a fun trendy style. The hotel is a little away from the congestion of mid town so it is nice when you leave or want to go for a walk, you can have some peace or enjoy a walk along the east river. I highly recommend this hotel. |
