| The hotel is an airport hotel. It is in an industrial area, no restaurants or so. The staff is friendly and helpful the shuttle service is very good (new Mercedes vans) and 24/7 every 30 minutes.
The iron board in the room was broken, and in the bathroom was nothing to hang the towels. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so where to put your towels?
The in room safe costs $2 a day and inconvenience that you have to go back to the desk and ask for a key and leave a deposit. There is a restaurant in the hotel, however, we did not dine there. Breakfast was very acceptable, nice to leave for the flight with a decent breakfast.
The coffee maker in the room was exotic, and difficult to operate.
I would stay there again, it was clean and quiet, but nothing special. |

Quiet, clean and nice rooms a restaurant with decent American food and drinks. |

| The one thing that was terrible was that the fan in the bathroom comes on with the light and it made a horrible clunking, rattle the whole time. We didn't complain about it so I don't know if it would have gotten resolved or not. Renovations made a big improvement. |

| So lange man im Hotel bleibt ist alles bestens. Direkt neben dem Airport verbring man eh keine 2 Wochen Strandurlaub, von daher kann ich das Hotel wirklich empfehlen. Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Airport-Shuttle. |

| we booked this hotel only because we had a very early flight to catch and it seemed convenient. We were thus very impressed to see the quality of the rooms: rather spacious, with fridge, tea/coffee, etc... Design was quite sleek as well, definitely better than we expected. The restaurant served mostly fast-food and since our priority was a good night sleep, the quality of the meal was not something we worried too much about (service was awfully slow, though, despite there only being 9 customers eating at that time).
The shuttle service is efficiently run (remember to book the night before if you require an early departure)
If we had to fly from Newark again, we would definitely book with Best Western Plus Newark again. |
