Recent Best Western President Times Review: "One could say many things, and look for hotel services. There really wasn't any. It is a Best Western, and knowing that while booking the room it fit into my search. The location is just to good to pass-up. I thought of staying other places, but decided that not having to take taxi's to and from everywhere was the biggest plus, and saved plenty of cash.  This hotel is located 1 block from Times Square in the heart of the theater district. Tons of classic old New York restaurants within a few blocks. Trying to decide where to eat was the hardest part at times. I'm not the big theater guy, and don't get excited about celebrities being about, but they kind of made it fun. The hotel doesn't have room service, but I already mentioned the restaurants. About 8 blocks North is Central Park. Between the hotel and the park are all the top designer shopping(my lady friends loved it). Head West about 4 blocks is Madison Ave. Maybe I should mention I have been to the city 6 or 7 times before, and knew my way around. I rented the room at Best Western knowing I wouldn't be in the room much, and that I couldn't get a massage, room service, or a continental breakfast. They do have food in the evening from the restaurant next door, and a bar."
