Recent Club Quarters World Trade Review: "The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked the front desk about how to obtain passes for the WTC Memorial. We didn't know that you needed passes to get in. The guy at the front desk gave us two which was really nice! The room was very clean and we had a view of the construction below as well as half of one of the Memorial  fountains. We did not hear any construction noise while we were there. It was very cold though so I imagine they weren't working as often. The subway was very close by and convenient. My only complaint has to do with the restaurant at the top of the hotel. We had a coupon left on our desk for a free drink in the bar. So we went up there to look out the windows and see about the drink. It was kind of early maybe 10:30 AM so we were thinking mimosas or something. The bar was covered in different types of breakfast food so we were not sure what to do. I knew the breakfast would not be free but there was no explanation about the price. I had a little fruit and a bagel and my boyfriend had one bagel. The waiters never came by to ask if we wanted anything else or we're doing ok or to even give us a bill. I wasn't even sure if there was a bill but I figured there would be. I went to ask one of the waiters if I had a bill and he charged us for two continental breakfasts even though we barely ate anything! We don't eat dairy or eggs so our choices were very limited (not their problem, I know). It was just crazy to be paying $25 for two bagels and a small bowl of fruit. So long story short, unless you are starving, the continental breakfast is not worth it and the waiters are not very attentive. There is a starbucks one block away and would probably be better!"
