| Very small rooms but very convenient location, just a block from Times Square.
Clean, quiet and affordable for a Times Square location.

| Great location, attentive staff and at first glance, a well maintained and clean hotel. While adjusting the pillows before climbing into bed, I noticed a gap between the matress and the headboard - exposing a few inches of the boxspring that served as a ledge to catch what looked like months of dirt, hair and even a balled up tissue that was wedged between the boxspring and the wall ... EEEEEWWWWW! The front desk staff person offered an apology but didn't offer any kind of make-good. When checking out, the person I assume was the housekeeper coming on duty, was standing at the front desk. The front desk person made mention of it to her and told her to look into it. |

| We had a great stay in New York and the Comfort Inn Midtown was GREAT. We didn't realize when we booked just how close everything was to the hotel. Walking distance to most everything. The hotel staff helped us also with getting to functions that required the subway. They were also very helpful to my mother, who after a long day of seeing the city was pretty tired, helped her climb the feww stairs back into the hotel. Noticed and very appriciated. all this with a friendly smile. The breakfast was filling to start us on our way to see the city.
Only thing we might have suggested was cable TV to see the Yankees play. :) Other than that wonderful experience. |

| Great location to theatre, subway and buses and within walking distance to most tourist sites (museums, tourist and chic shopping areas.
Informative staff, helpful and efficient housekeeping.
Only slight criticisms: small rooms (but seems norm for NY), and only one lift. |

| Great location seconds from Time Square. The room was small with 3 kids and two adults. We took turns sleeping on floor. Breakfast was a good. We did not spend much time in room. it was a good value for the money we spent. Beware, the front desk is not that helpful and are very rude. |

| We stayed at this hotel in late March 08 and were quite satisfied with our stay. The location really is great; just a few steps from Time Squre. The room was very small, but we didn't spend much time in there and so it was okay to go there and go to bed. I would stay at this hotel again. |

| The staff was friendly. The room clean, bed very confortable. Breakfast was good and free, Great way to start the day. Coffee and Tea available 24hrs.Location was great, center of Times Square District, plenty of entertainment and restaurants in the area. We would definitly stay again. You cannot beat the price or location in NYC. |

| For the price range, this was a great little hotel. It was just outside of Time Square and was quiet. It had a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. Will stay there again. |

| Great room, great area in midtown. we park our cars and walk everywhere. We would not stay elsewhere.
