| only issue we had was that when we had dinner in your cafe it was very, very, very cold and that made it very uncomfortable to enjoy our food. |

| This was a great overnight stay for us. The shuttle ride was very convenient to/from JFK and the courteous driver was very helpful. Great recommendation to take advantage to order food in from local restaurants (menus at front desk) and delivered to your room which was a great tip. Courteous staff, nice clean comfy room and great coffee/tea selections. Highly recommended and great price! |

| I booked Courtyard Marriott JFK to overnight between two very long international flights. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a weary traveler and the airport shuttle service was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in transit in New York. Not suitable for sightseeing though as it is by the airport. |

The hotel is clean & comfortable. The staff is courteous & professional. |

| Das Hotel ist gerade akzeptabel und eignet sich für eine Übernachtung für Transitreisende (JFK). Alles wirkt recht abgegriffen, das ist in New York aber oft so. die Preise sind NY-typisch recht hoch. Der Fliughafenshuttle funktioniert gut, sicher ein Pluspunkt. Für einen längeren New York-Aufenthalt ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Dafür ist es zu weit von Manhattan entfernt und die Umgebung scheint für Unkundige nicht unproblematisch (z.B. für eine nächtliche Rückkehr via Subway etc.). |

| My husband and I had a very early flight out of JFK so we decided to stay at the Courtyard Marriott. They are located very close to the airport train and if you have an early 7:00 am flight they will take you directly to your terminal. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was very good with excellent service. The convenience of the hotel location and the services they offer make it a hotel we will recommend to others and if our scheduled next trip involves early flights out of JFK we will stay there again. They also have access to printing out your boarding pass on several airlines. |

| My family and I stayed here on our way home from Europe. I paid more for this room than the going price for similarly rated hotels at JFK as I have always had decent experiences with Marriott. Upon arrival at JFK we had trouble getting the shuttle to the hotel and were told by a staff member to "call back in 10 minutes" if the driver had not arrived. The driver did not arrive and we called again. When all is said and done, it took about 1/2 an hour to get into the shuttle. This might not have been a big problem, except that it was 95 degrees out and we had just gotten off of an 8 hour flight with our tiny girls, ages 1 and 2. The room was small, but clean enough and they got us a crib with no extra fees. The gentleman who took our room service order and then delivered it was absolutely lovely and went out of his way to find cookies for our daughters.
The following morning we had to leave at 4:30 am and discovered that the shuttle was not available at our request as we had been lead to believe and the driver was less than helpful when I wanted to load up my luggage so that we would be ready to go at the set time. All in all not the experience I had hoped for, but not horrible. |

| The location of the hotel is very close to the airport, so if you have an early flight, you can have a few more minutes of ZZZ's. The shuttle service to the terminal is also nice.
The driver is very helpful in loading and unloading with your luggage. Hotel has apple cider at the check-in and it is a nice gesture of welcoming you, esp. in a cold NY night.
I enjoyed stay. |

| Older hotel in need of an upgrade. Hotel staff were helpful on day of check-in. Next day staff were not. No parking, must valet due to no parking facility and they have the nerve to charge you $20.00 to park your car. You don't have the option.
Food in restaurant is average and costly. Charging you NYC prices at the airport.
