| This hotel offers everything you would expect staying at a Marriott brand hotel. The location is wonderful free internet was a plus. We found the room size was larger than most NYC hotel rooms

| This hotel is conveniently located by Times Square and near 5th Avenue. It is clean and comfortable. It has very adequate space for a New York hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms appear to be recently refurbished. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay there again. |

| For those not familiar with NYC, this would be a great hotel for you because of its close proximity to Times Square, Theaters, Bryant Park and public transportation.
As other reviewers have said, it is a quiet location, which is great! The staff was friendly and accommodating. |

| Hotel in great location--walking distance to everything. Price of room was very reasonable for NY standards, and our room was a great size for myself, husband and 1-1/2 year old son. Offers a great brunch/breakfast in cafe. Most importantly, service was outstanding by entire hotel staff. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the city. |

| We were very pleased with the proximity to subway and also Times Square (which is clean and safe after midnight, now). Hotel rooms have been renovated very recently. We were very pleased with the newly tiled baths and plush linens. Hotel is located on sidestreet which is ideal for eliminating city noise. We would return to this Marriott Courtyard without hesitation. |

| This is a very comfortable, not too large, hotel right in Midtown Manhattan. The staff is very pleasant, and concierge helped with both finding good places to run as well as getting tickets to events. |
