| O hotel é bem confortavel, limpo e os recepcionistas simpaticos,o unico problema é nao ter cafe da manha, eu achei que nao seria um problema mas é bem ruim sair sem comer nada ja que o hotel é bem distante de manhatam,pelo valor poderiam servir um cafe da manha.Tambem vc precisa esperar para ser levado ao metro que é bem distante e pra voltar do metro vc precisa ver horarios de onibus. Fora isso o hotel é muito bom. |

| The hotel was nice, had a nice pool and stuff, but a little cheap. Ex. the furniture is a bit old, no soap only shampoo. But other than that, it was a good stay. For the price breakfast should be included though. Also I really liked the location. |

| El hotel es elegante, el personal muy amable, todo es muy limpio y hasta ofrecen un servicio de shuttle hacia el metro y al aeropuerto. El precio es estupendo, tomando en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas (bien merecidas por cierto). Cuando vaya a New York, esta será mi primera opción. |

| Quarto muito confortável e bom serviço de shuttle. O inconveniente é a distância com Manhattan, mas já estava ciente disto quando adquiri a hospedagem. |

| i would have expected breakfast included. Transportation ( shuttle van to train and airport) not clearly defined.Meal selection needs more variety and less expensive. Front desk at times extremely business and not always able to answer phone.
However,thelaGuardia Plaza hotel was rated satisfactory,because staff was friendly, espicially RORY one of the drivers who was professional and very kind. In addition, near to public transportation. |

| The hotel was clean with basic amenities. The service staff was both polite and attentive. The rooms were small and offered basic surroundings. No fan in the bathroom made the room steam up after showers. For the price we paid it was fine. Shuttle service to subway was great just wish they offered it back to the hotel from the subway. Parking was good at $15 dollars a day. I would stay again for a low price only. |
