| when I first got there, my room was not done properly. also the room was not smoke free and carpet looked old. for the price i paid , I expected alot better. I need to be compensated accordingly. |

| Appearance wise the best part of the hotel is the lobby. Beyond the lobby there was an old smell. On the fifth floor the hallway carpet needed to be replaced. There was no ice machine service on ANY odd numbered floor. Interesting. The breakfast at the buffett was subpar. The selection was very limited and the food was lukewarm and no microwave. To be near the airport it wasn't top or near the top in my opinion. |

| what i wanted was shuttle to the airport and a place to stay between connecting flights. i like the newark flight status display in the lobby. the staff was efficient and polite. pool looked great although did not get there. |

| This hotel is a good value for business travelers. It's close to the Newark airport, has all of the things a business traveller needs like free wireless, a bar/restaurant in the hotel, and free shuttle service to/from the airport. The neighborhood is rather sketchy, but what do you expect for the neighborhood around the Newark airport? |

| Front desk told us car price to cruise port would be 45.00 ordered for us, did not check with driver charged us 80.00 and said that was normal price, could have taken taxi for 60.00 |

| The hotel was nice, even upgraded in comparison to other Crowne Plaza Hotels. The location and surrounding buildings were awful. It looked like empty car lots--nothing nice to look at. A plus is its close to airport. |

| I liked everything about the stay except the Sunday morning breakfast. The buffet set up was very disorganized and the food wasn't worth what it cost. Cosidering how bad it was, we shouldn't have to pay for it, but we did. |

| Das Hotelpersonal war in den 4 Tagen, die wir dort verbracht haben, insgesamt sehr kurz angebunden und damit auch (für uns) eher unfreundlich.
Vom Flughafen fährt alle 20 Minuten ein Shuttle-Bus zum Hotel, was sehr angenehm ist.
Wenn man allerdings am ersten Tag nach einem Transportmittel nach Newport (Waterfront in Jersey City) an der Rezeption fragt und als einzige Möglichkeit ein Taxi für 55 USD vorgeschlagen bekommt (es gibt, so haben wir in den Tagen die wir dort waren gelernt, zahlreiche andere Transportmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Bus, Zug, Path...), ist das doch sehr ärgerlich!!! Man sollte meinen, dass sich das Personal in der Gegend doch auskennen sollte.
Wenn man also auf dem Newark Airport landet und am nächsten Tag gleich weiter fahren will, liegt das Hotel sehr günstig! Falls man aber noch ein bis zwei Tage in New York verbringen möchte, gibt es bestimmt bessere Hotels mit einer besseren Lage! |

| It was a quiet nice hotel. Close to Manhattan (take bus 112 - takes 20 min). Jersey Gardens is also close if you want to do some shopping.
Why stay in Manhattan and pay much more when you can stay there for much less?
Rooms are clean and i liked the service of the hotel store.
Cons: The restaurant at the hotel isn't that good.
The lobby staff isn't that nice. If they would set something else than that fake smile it would be nice.

| Thank you for making our stay such a memorable and fun. The front desk was patient and friendly. Housekeeping was helpful and accommodating. Danielle the bartender was awesome. We loved your place it was clean and the service was 5 stars!! |
