| My recent stay at this hotel was EXCELLENT! I arrived early and they had no rooms because they were sold out the night before but not only did they get me into a room with in an hour, but they also gave me a very nice room with an amazing view. |

| If you want to stay right in the middle of the action and madness of times square, this is a great place to be. And reasonably priced. |

| Hotellet i sig är ok, inget utöver det vanliga. Möjligtvis att rummen är större än de med likvärdiga priser i New York. Tyvärr ligger hotellet mitt på Times Square som är världens största turistfälla. Gillar man shopping och "turistigheter" så är det rätt plats men vill man utforska mysiga områden som vi ville så ska man bo längre ner på Manhattan, typ Soho, Little Italy, Chealse eller dyl. |

| The location was excellent however the service of the staff leaves much to be desired. When we requested for extra sheets for sofa bed the staff just dump a pile of messy sheets to us and was not helpful at all. Fortunately another staff was around and came to make the bed for us. Also staff did not indicate that wi-fi for room was per device and not per day |

| Hotel stuff was very attentive, except for the moody lady right when we checked in, she snapped at me about having to see an ID before i even finished the sentence. Everyone else was welcoming. If you have little ones, book a suite, totally worth it. We stayed on the 16th floor, some street noise, but not enough to keep us awake. Bed was VERY comfo rtable. |

| In the middle of Times Square in the middle of everything. The room was quite comfortable for 5 adults. The only drawback was the bathroom, while it had double sinks, they were not separate from the toilet and tub so it was hard to get everyone ready on time. The 2 doors to the bathroom also made it difficult when one got up in the night so you didn't wake up the other room. We were only there for 2 nights and this was our only complaint. Tkts right outside the door of the hotel and a Broadway information booth right next door. We had a wonderful and the cookies were great! |

| The location is prfect if you want to do lots of sightseeing. However, is located in extremely crowded place and next door is a transvestite show. The interior has not changed since late seventies and looks like a cheap brothel (my son's words), especially on 5th floor where restaurant is located. Pretty dirty hallways on floors. Suites rather on the smaller size, furniture from 70ies again, very small wardrobe, etc. However, rooms are clean, nice toiletries, etc. Urgent redecoration needed. |

| this was our first visit with our son and wanted it to be a wonderful experience for him. The staff (especially Michael) when we checked in was otu of this world. made us feel like we were the only people there despite being full. We wanted to extend our reservations but were unable. They did all they could to assist. Had to call maintenance for a minor issue and they were up to our room within three or four minutes. I was shocked. At other hotels I would still be waiting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We took subway to WTC and other sites, Broadway shows were within walking. Added bonus was the staff was willing to help you find what you wanted to do and they were always willing to give directions. Stay there and be completely satisfied |

| Room was very nice. Very convenient to Times Square and theater district. Difficult to get to the hotel because of the crowded Times Square area. I felt that Wi-Fi should have been free. |
