| Have lodged at this hotel many times as it is in the area of NYC that I love most. Great staff, great location, rooms are a decent size given price and NYC standards. Overall consistent wonderful stays.
Tip: Request rooms away from elevator banks, and if you choose a high floor room, note that they have a lounge/bar at the top of the hotel which is fairly popular. Guests of the lounge from time to time fail to get off on the proper floor - so if you are a light sleeper, these floors may not be for you. |

| We've stayed at Dream twice and liked it both times -- although we are not quite as hip as the hotel. Strongly recommend getting the medium or large size rooms -- even these are quite small. One weirdness -- they put a plastic bed cover under the sheet (on top of the fancy featherbed and pillow-top mattress), which really undermines the luxurious feel they are trying to create with all the fluff and feathers. Makes the bed a hot sweaty experience, and not in a good way. |

| Clean! Comfortable! Great location to see the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade which came down 7th Ave. The bed was so comfortable that deciding to turn in early was not an issue. Street noise was the only complaint. Highly recommend this hotel! |

| Hotel was very nice. Great trendy vibe. Great location. Room is small, but unless you plan on spending your trip to NYC in a hotel room, you really shouldn't mind. Bathroom was a nice size. And despite the hotel's location and the fact that there's a club in the lobby and in the penthouse, there wasn't a lot of noise. The only negative at night is that club goers wait in a line for the elevator up to the penthouse, although doormen try to give first dibs to the hotel guests. When you check in, each guest is given a coupon for a free cocktail in the lounge which is a nice gesture. |

| The hotel looks nice, the staff was good and the location is great, but the Valet person was absent for a while, the parking garage person faked a problem with its computer so he would not give me the lower rate, the room was noisy from the noise from the streets, and the bathroom entrance had a step where a I hit my foot. |

| This hotel is tastefully renovated with a modern look. We paid extra for a queen sized bed, but found it small and not particularly comfortable. We were advised by the management that it was a "hotel queen". The heating system was noisy.
The location (neighborhood) was great. |

| This was the smallest room I have stayed in in the United States! It was cozy and clean (except for the shower) and we were on a very quiet floor. We each had a drink at the hotel bar - the tab was $35 before tip for a glass of house wine and a cocktail.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. We overslept on Sunday morning and they were very accommodating in granting our last-minute late checkout out request. The location is unbeatable if you're in NY to see a show.
We did not feel we got an equal amount of value for price. We had a room at a different hotel overlooking Central Park in May for a LOT less than the price of this mini-room. It was fine for one night, but we would not go back. |
