| Being our first time in New York i think it was the best decision to stay in this hotel.It is located in a very good area with the subway station right around the corner and there are a lot of restaurants, pubs, bars right next to it!Broadway St is just about 3-4 blocks away which you can easily walk and go shopping.The area is really friendly and all you could need is very near you. Now, about the hotel, we were offered a room with a double bed quite more spacious than we expected and our bathroom was actually big! Honestly dont know if all rooms are like this but we were satisfied by ours.The room was kept clean by the staff during our staying.Breakfast was good enough,it had the basics like coffee, hot choco,bagels,orange juice,croissants etc. If somebody is hungry i am sure he/she shall be ok with what the hotel provides. Apart from what mentioned above,the biggest plus was the hotel reception.We have been to many places in Europe mostly and hotels more expensive than this one and i must say the guys in the reception were really helpful and friendly.They helped us in all our requests and were really professional .They gave us directions,explained to us several things,booked us a one-day visit to a stock shopping house by bus and in general their service should be imitated by other hotel staff worldwide.In general words,i would recommend this hotel without any doubt mostly due to its location,staff and the positive aura the hotel sends to visitors. |

| Rooms are small but modern and cute. Bathrooms are modern. Lobby not as impressive as pictured online. Annoying that you have to fill out information upon check in- shouldn't they already have that stuff from my reservation!? Also, there is no ice machine. I requested ice from the front desk and it never came. Continental breakfast was included which I did not know- appreciated. |

| Veldig små rom (minste jeg har bodd på) Flott takterrasse. Nærhet til Soho som er et meget hyggelig område. |

| the rooms are small but you get everything you need and the bathroom is really nice, especially the shower. nice touches like bottled water and slippers. great location..the area ( lower east side/east village) is still very new york and not totally transformed into what alot of tribeca and soho has become. (trendy) it's easy to get from penn station to the hotel by subway on the F train, the staff was great and happily gave me directions, called a taxi for me to get the airport,. there's good security and it's a stone's throw from katz's deli. (from the movie "when harry met sally). |

| This hotel is clean, hip, and modern. I was surprised how small our queen room was at first but it turned out to be just fine for the two of us. Our bathroom had a glass wall. Luckily, I was with my longtime boyfriend otherwise it would have been a little TMI. The staff was nice. I stay in NYC a lot and found the young women at the front desk to be the most informative I have come across. The continental breakfast was better than the average. An added plus-there is a Whole Foods Market a short block away. One suggestion-it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room or coffee/tea in the lobby. I look forward to staying here again. |

| Liebevoll und professionell renoviert, liegt dieses Boutique-Hotel ziemlich mittig zwischen SoHo, Little Italy und weiteren angesagten Orten.
Das Hotel ist recht dunkel gehalten, durch den dunklen Dielenboden, und weitere Inneneinrichtung – doch die Zimmer haben großzügige Fenster und es gibt eine geniale Dachterrasse.
Die einzige "downside" wäre wohl der Frühstücksraum im Keller, aber da ich auch kein Frühstück zu dem günstigen Zimmerpreis erwartet hatte, stand es uns frei, in der Umgebung – 20 Meter zu Russ and Daughters oder einem anderen Deli zu gehen.
Insgesamt tolle Atmosphäre und erstaunlich günstig im Vergleich. Waren kurz davor im Affinia Manhatten (ggü. dem Madison Square Garden) und hatten dort gut was mehr gezahlt und trotzdem nur "Schießschächte" als Fenster gehabt, wegen der darin eingebauten Klimaanlage. |

| This boutique hotel was very small which was ok for me because I'm tiny and was traveling alone and only staying one night. The housekeeping staff hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor or dusted the wood trim in quite a while. Considering the fact that the bath was 4 by 5 feet, it should have been spotless and taken a couple minutes to maintain. The bed was comfy and I enjoyed the glass shower. The price and location were good. I would stay again if traveling alone for a night or two. |

| Prettig hotel met vriendelijke mensen, een behoorlijk goed ontbijt, prima bed en sanitair alsmede gratis computergebruik. De ligging aan East Houston Street, waar nu bovendien aan de weg werd gewerkt, is een minpunt vanwege het verkeerslawaai. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en de ligging aan de rand van meerdere leuke buurten, pal naast een metrohalte, maken echter veel goed. |

| Great place to stay for a short amount of time! The hotel staff is so helpful and friendly. Whenever I needed something they were there. Complimentary breakfast! Which was waaaay more than bagel and cream cheese. They had all kinds of fruit, 3 different kinds of bread, high quality cheese, yogurt, etc. Free wi-fi in the rooms, and if you need to use a computer they have free internet on those computers downstairs. The subway station is right around the corner, Whole Foods is right around the corner. Perfect location! |
