| Like nearly every hotel I go to, a problem with the HVAC at first, but it was fixed quickly. Some outside noise from bldg system vent near my particular room, but not bad, most people would not notice ( I am very sensitive to noise). Staff extremely nice and responsive, hotel is very clean and comfortable.. My weekend price was very reasonable, esp. for being in middle of Midtown East. |

| Bra hotel nära Times Square, Empire State Buildibg och Grand Central. Stora rum, dock dåligt isolerade, man hörde pratet från rummet bredvid. Väldigt dyr internet. |

| the weather was beautiful, we were able to walk to the Garden from the Hotel, everyone was helpful ,
we were given an upgrade immediately too help make our stay more comfortable. Will stay there again on my next trip to NYC, Grand Central Station was across the street and offered plenty of places to eat and shop, the surrounding neighborhood was safe and close to everything we wanted to visit. |

| Very convenient location across from Grand Central Station, walking distance to Rockefeller Plaza, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Empire State Building, Times Square. These were 15 to 30 minute walks and being across from Grand Central Station allowed us easy access to most everything we wanted to do. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bottled water and chocolates each night were a nice surprise! Our room faced the street and it was noisy early in the morning with truck deliveries. Knowing this, I would request a room that did not look over the main entrance. |

| This is a great local hotel close to everything. We take the train to NYC so it's great to be so close to Grand Central Station.
This is my second time staying at this hotel and we typically don't have to wait for our room even if we arrive early.
I have stayed at many NYC hotels and this is one of the best for the value. |
