| We've stayed at the Flathotel many times and it never disappoints. The rooms are larger than many of the boutique hotels, the lobby inviting and the location great. |

| Excellant location, easy walk to theaters, time square, central park.
Very large room, super comfortable bed, room needs some maintainence, carpet torn, scrapes in bathroom walls. |

| I would mark this hotel as tops on all fronts except for the dingy carpet in the halls. They'd be better off to install some other type of surface as the carpet detracts from an otherwise very nice hotel. |

| Great location! Walked all over times square. Only problem was the bathroom. The toilets clogged twice and the shower only has half of a door so the floor gets wet. Other then that great hotel with great staff and would stay here again. |

| The Hotel was nice but needs some upgrades...especially the TV. Overall good place though. I would stay there again. |

| Hotel is conveniently located in the center of it all. Within walking distance to Times Square, huge apt with a bedroom and friendly staff, I'd book it again. Only thing was that it was a bit outdated. |

| Everything was perfect except the parking was ridicules pricey I paid one hundred dollars for two days of parking but everything else was perfect. |
