Recent Hampton Laguardia Airport Review: "We loved this hotel and want anyone who is familiar with New York City and doesn't want to stay in Manhattan to check this hotel out! For those coming into LaGuardia, it is perfect!! We actually walked (15 minutes from the terminal) to the hotel at 2 in the morning and felt very safe. The shuttle only runs until 1am and our flight was very late. This  hotel is extremely well kept and we thought the room was above the norm. The complimentary breakfast was what you would expect, however the eating area was a nice surprise. It was very large and open and for a family of 6 we were able to sit together comfortably even when it was 'rush hour'. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. They gave us great directions on how to get into the city and they worked perfect!! The hotel provides a shuttle TO the train station but not a return to the hotel. It wasn't a problem though because there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel! It was easy to get in and out of Manhattan. This hotel is definitely a jewel in the 'jungle' of the city.... We were traveling with another family that stayed in the city and they wished they had stayed with us! For those who worry about the airport so close...we didn't notice in the least!!! We highly recommend this hotel!!"
