| The free parking is more like; if it's available, take it, otherwise look on the street. Or pay for parking in the garage. |

| Decent hotel if you need to be near LGA, but the pool is actually in the hotel next door. Wouldve been nice to know ahead of time. |

| Front desk staff was very cold and business-like. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and courteous. Hallways were like blast furnaces with heat so had to run AC in my room to keep it cool enough to bear. |

| The location of the hotel and convenience of the hotel shuttle cannot be underestimated. The hotel is right outside the airport and the shuttle can conveniently take you to the subway station or to other surface transport sites.
Complementary breakfast is very good also. My only criticism, although not the fault of the hotel, involves the guests. If you happen to get a noisy inconsiderate neighbor in an adjoining room, s(he) could keep you awake.........unless you turn on the blower for the A/C which is loud enough to drown out about any ambient sound that could interfere with sleep. |

| We stayed here and also stayed at LGA. Plaza inn next door. This was better, My son is disabled and we had a 6am flight out. The manager went to the back and found us some muffins for him even though breakfast was not open yet. We went into manh. daily and the bus took forever, subway was too far... and town car was fast but cost about $45 per trip. so if cost is an issue pay the extra and save time by going closer. it was clean and no cots for dubles because fire code! |

| This hotel is very clean the staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, bed was huge and extremely cOmfortable! Would definitely stay here again! |
