Recent Helmsley Middletowne Hotel Review: "This hotel is conveniently located in mid-town Manhattan close to the subway and walking distance to various places of interest. It was clean, quiet and the people at the desk were very helpful and courteous. It does not have a number of amenities that other hotels have (no internet access, valet service, in-house room service, fan in the bathroom or over-sized rooms), but it is comfortable and affordable. It also served a continental breakfast of juice, coffee, pastries, bagels, cream cheese, and yogurt."
