| セントラルパークを前にしながらの朝食は私達の一日の始まりをワクワクさせます。連休前のせいか同胞の方は見かけなかったのも良い印象の一つ。コンシェルジュの対応も片言の英語なのに対応してくれました。部屋がコネクション出来る扉から風が入ってくるので扉下にタオルで隙間風を塞ぎました。部屋にはお湯を沸かす器具はありません。また冷蔵庫は買ってきたものは入れるスペースが無い。 |

| Everything was fine except that the person who took my reservation over the phone volunteered that we would have a park view. I did not request it, but he volunteered. I specifically questioned him about it, and he confirmed it. I did not ask for it in writing because I had a confirmation number. Of course, the room faced southwest. i wasted time and energy in protesting in vain. |

| Vi bodde hela familjen i samma rum. Stort rum med två mindre "dubbelsängar" som blev lite trångt. Perfekt om man reser med två mindre barn. (inte två stora tonåringar som vi gjorde) Frukost skulle ingå men det var bara för två.. och det var ingen frukost att hoppa högt av. Söta muffins, äppelkaka, juice, beegel, och marmelad. Sur personal i lobbyn men trevlig service vid frukost. Städerskan knackade på före 09:00 på helgen....Toppenbra läge. Nära till allt. Utsikt över Central Park. |

| Das Hotel liegt direkt am Central Park, eines der vielen urbanen Weltwunder der Stadt New York, in Gehweite vieler der bedeutenden Museen (z.B. des Museums of Modern Art und des Metropolitan Museum of Art). des Lincoln Center (Oper, Konzerte), des Theaterdistrikts und nicht zuletzt der berühmten Einkaufsmeile Fifth Avenue (Bergdorf Goodman, Sachs Fifth Avenue, Abercrombie and Fitch). Die Angestellte sind ausnahmslos höflich und hochprofessionell. Vor allem die Concierge waren dienstbereit, beispielsweise bei Restaurantreservierungen und Ticketbesorgungen. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist zum Frühstücken entschieden zu teuer, dafür gibt es in der Nähe sehr gute Esresso-Cafes und reguläre Restaurants mit typisch New Yorker Frühstücksangeboten. Wir waren - Dank des wunderbaren Frühlingswetters zur Osterzeit - mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden! |

| Fint hotell med jättebra läge och bra service. Rekommenderar. De tog en hög deposition på kortet när vi kom som de inte informerade om och behöll i 2v - kan vara bra att veta. |

| We stayed here because we were going to a family event nearby. The rooms are a little dated and could use refurbishment - peeling wall paper -- but over all very clean and well-sized. My only complaint was that I went Sunday morning and asked the reception desk to increase a brunch reservation that I had previously made at a restaurant. I was told it would be taken care of but when I went to check out of the hotel 15 minutes before the reservation I was only then told that they had been unable to get through to the restaurant. I called immediately from my cell phone and had no trouble getting through. |
