Recent Hilton Grand Vacations West Review: "This is a time share building and a hotel. It was run very well. The rooms are small like most other NYC hotels, but brand new. The bed takes up most of the room, but there is a desk area, coffee maker, and free internet, etc. The pillow-top bed and bedding was very comfortable. The glass-enclosed shower was very large and separated the bedroom from the rest of the bathroom. The only issue was that the bathroom lacked some privacy, due to the ability to see through the shower into the rest of the bathroom area. Also, when you turned on the bathroom light, you lighted the whole bedroom room area. Unfortunately, the flat screen TV was very difficult to operate, even for someone in the technology area. Neither of these issues were enough to counter the positive aspects of our stay. There are time-share reps there who are eager for you to attend one of their tours. We decided to pass and they politely moved on. The area of NYC is great. It is walking distance to Central Park (2-3 blocks), Time Square (10 blocks), Broadway shows (10-12 blocks), Museum of Modern Art (6-7 blocks), many terrific restaurants, etc. My wife and I are seasoned travelers, both for business and leisure. We would definitely stay there again."
