かなりEastサイドにありますが、それがかえって落ち着けました。42ストリートというメイン通りに面しているのでバスも便利。こじんまりして素敵なホテルでした。

Varasimme hotellin ajoissa, homma sujui hyvin. Paikka on sijainniltaan loistava. Sopivia aamiaispaikkoja jon ympäristössä vaikka kuinka, jos hotellin aamiaista pitää kalliina tms. Samoin baareja, ravintoloita ja kauppoja on lähiympäristössä vaikka kuinka. Keskusasemalle kävelee alle viidessä minuutissa ja Times Squarelle kymmenessä. Henkilökunta on  ystävällistä ja pätevää baaria myöten. Internet huoneessa on maksullinen, mikä on nykypäivänä selvä miinus. Seurueellamme oli käytössä neljä huonetta, ja kaikki olivat puhtaita ja hyvässä kunnossa. Suihkuhanan logiikka kannattaa tarkistaa ennen kuin astuu ammeeseen ;-) Maisemat eivät olleet järin houkuttelevia. Yhdestä huoneesta näkyi vain vastapäinen tiiliseinä ja toisessa televisio oli ikkunan edessä. Omasta huoneestamme oli näkymä 41.-kadulle ja sitä kautta joelle.

First off everyone knows the rooms in Manhattan tend to be unbearably small. When I saw my room, I immediately when to the front desk to asked for an upgrade that they did not have. Since I was staying for 2 nights, I got the upgraded suite for my second night that was 10 times better. The staff was accommodating but I had to wait 20 min for a replacement  iron and I had to bring up my own bags due to a communication lapse between the front desk and the bell-hop. Overall this is a 3 - 3.5 star hotel and if they drop their prices further I would recommend the stay.

Location and staff were acceptable however the rooms were underwhelming. The location to scenic attractions was reasonably close while offering a quieter atmosphere upon return. The rooms needed repair, ie., cracked sink basin, shoddy tile repair in bath. The reservation desk handled check-in efficiently however the king jr. suite room we requested  was not available. The staff quickly rerouted us to two seperate rooms for our four person family to compensate. Teenage girls in one room, parents in another... bonus! Don't know if I can recommend for the price. Rooms need a little TLC.

O hotel tem ótima localização, próximo ao metro, coffe shops, restaurantes. O quarto em que ficamos e apertado prejudicando um pouco o conforto. O cofre instalado dentro do armário junto ao chão torna o seu uso bastante incomodo. A limpeza da habitação deixou um pouco a desejar, e o staff não e muito simpático. Mas de um modo geral o hotel atendeu as  expectativas e nos o recomendaríamos a um amigo.

I checked no for whether I would recommend this hotel to others because I lean more to no than yes, but it's not that bad. Let me explain. I've stayed at this hotel a few times, largely because it's conveniently located. Yes, the rooms are small, which I don't mind. However, both of the last times I've stayed there my room phone has had problems and  after having asked repeatedly to have someone take a look at it, I gave up. Also not a big deal. My biggest issue this time is that the room just wasn't clean. I am by no means a clean freak but it was obvious that housekeeping was only doing a cursory cleaning. I stayed in the room for 10 days. During this time I don't think the room was ever dusted. Crumbs where I ate at the side table remained till I left. The skirting and carpet around the skirting, were covered in dust. The credenza where the TV was was also never cleaned as far as I can tell. Also, little things like the bathmat not being replaced are attention to detail issues that drive me (maybe irrationally) nuts. For business travel, I have no problems staying here because I spend very little time in the room, but I would never stay in this hotel on holiday.

My check in time was 3 hours late due to the hotel allowing a late check for the people who stayed in the room before me. It was my birthday, so I was upset that I had to wait for my room and my friends were meeting me at the hotel. I wish to the hotel would have called me to let me know the situation before I got there. The hotel’s manger was nice  and did make accommodations for me due to my inconvenience.

グランドセントラル駅まで歩いて１０分。ホテルから駅の間にデリ，CVSなどがあり，とても便利な所でした。ホテル内はエレベーターもしっかりとした造りで良かったです。室内も濃い茶色を基調とした落ち着いた雰囲気でした。素敵な絵も掛かっていて良かったのですが，室内の照明のスイッチが壊れていたり，お風呂の排水溝の栓が閉まらなかったりで，とても残念でした。排水溝は”壊れてるから直して”と頼んだんですが，そのままだったので，たぶんあれが栓だったんだと思います。特に説明などはありませんでした。今まで見たことのない栓でした。洗面ボールのひびも気になりました。安いホテルなので，こんなものでしょうか？室内の器具に気を懸けてくれたら，もっといいホテルになると思います。
