Recent Hilton Review: "The room was immaculately clean, The beds incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, fully stocked, beautiful marble. Furniture was comfortable and convenient. The only problem we had was that there was not a room service menu in the room, nor were there prices listed for the minibar, nor did we know we needed a key. Though I think if we had checked in at the desk this would not have been skipped. We checked in at the kiosk, which was very convenient because we were rushing to get to the museum and ballet. What I am so impressed with about this chain is that EVERYONE is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure that any problem is taken care of, always smiles, always is helpful, from the man who got us taxis to to room service people who brought a rolling table for our dinner, to the people who brought us the missing things for our room. The room service menu was a bit limited. The food we got was good, but I would have liked a bigger selection After having come from the Hilton in Providence I was surprised that the NY branch had less of a selection than the Providence Hilton. But overall it is an amazing place to stay. Reserving through Hotel.com was the way to go."

| I must admit with the recent bedbug crisis on Time Square, I was a bit leary about staying so close to places where there had been recent infestations. So, upon check-in I did a good check of our room. It was very clean, nice view 24 floors up, and very cozy room! It was so close to lots of sights, and made it easy to walk to Times Square, the theater district, and lots of other fun spots. Definitely worth the $$! |

| Ask when you check in about the parking- our family was in for a rude awakening when we got our car at the end of our stay $169-that was steep. |

| This is a nice hotel in a great neighbourhood. We chose to stay there b/c we like to run and wanted to run every morning in Central Park - it was about a 3 mins run there. It's also close to 5th Avenue and all the shops.
If you are a health nut, don't bank on using the Fitness Facility for free - it's $15 per day. And in room internet is $14.99 per day and there is only WiFi for free at Starbucks.
Staff were friendly.
Room was nice, although it could have used a good vaccuum as I noticed left over crumbs and personal items from those guests before us.
If you are just using the Hilton as a place to sleep, it's good. I would recommend it.
Oh and if you like street food fare, it is across the street from New York's best Halal cart. I have never seen a line up so big for street food. |

| This hotel was great. We went to NY with my wife and 2 daughters to go to a broadway show. The distance to the show was a few blocks away which made for an easy walk. Rockafeller Center was a cross the street and Timesquare was 2 blocks away. The room was great we had 2 double beds, the room was clean, and the staff were very nice. We needed directions to the statue of liberty and the hotel front desk gave us a print out of the subway line and which line to take making it easy for us to find. We didn't use valet parking as there was a parking lot around the corner. Starbucks was in the hotel making my day start off right...I would recommend this Hotel because my family and I go to NY often an usually stay in Time Square however I like the location being between Timesquare and 5th avenue shops. Two big thumbs up from us! |

| Was very pleased with the hotel as a whole. Especially for the price we paid. There was some minor cosmetic problems in the room with a big stain on the carpet next to the bed and the drain plug was sticking out of the drain because if you put it back in it wouldnt stay up to let the tub drain, but it worked and that was all that mattered. We had an awesome view of the city from our window on the 35th floor. Very centrally located and close to Times Square! I would stay there again! |
