Recent Hilton Newark Airport Review: "I stayed at your hotel on Spring Street in Elizabeth, NJ last weekend. I was attending a conference at the hotel and had the unfortunate experience of losing my cell phone during my stay. Lucky for me, two of your employees, were instrumental in finding and returning it to me in a timely and efficient manner. Somehow the phone-clip came dislodged from  my belt. Shaka from the hotel restaurant found it and turned it into Patrick at Security, whom I spoke with earlier, when I notified him that it was lost. He was able to track me down even though I never told him that I was staying at the hotel, only that I was attending a conference there. I wanted to write this letter to make the upper management aware of the character possessed by both of your employees. Their honestly and integrity can unfortunately, be difficult to find now-a-days. Therefore it was important for me to pass that onto whomever reads this letter."
