| This hotel would've had 5 stars from me if not for the clerks. Our toilet tank stopped working about 30 minutes after we got into our room, we called the next morning to have it fixed and the clerk barely allowed me explain the problem before saying "We'll send someone" then she hung up. It took them almost an hour and 2 calls later to send someone. And after that our tub was not draining.(ARRRG)...other than that, great hotel, clean, comfortable and quiet. |

| The photos posted do no justice. We had a wonderful stay. EVERYONE was helpful, kind, went out of their way to make our accommodations the best. My son even injured himself (finger in the door... OUCH). He is doing well. They bent over backwards to comfort him! The only thing I did not like, was you have to walk 16 mins down the road to catch a city bus to the Newark Penn Station. Might not seem long to some, but the neighborhood was not the best and at night, I would not walk, esp with my children. But we drove, so we just parked on Mulberry St and walked through this building that went directly to the station! (but I decided to drive to Newark...so I had my car!) I would recommend this hotel and I hope the next person that stays there has the same or better experience that we did! Love the security there too! Oh, don't agree with paying for parking, however, that is how it is up there (NJ/NY). |

| Hotel was clean and conveniently located but was on the edge of the bricks. The people at the desk and particularly the shuttle were very helpful and well mannered. The hotel manager (at least I think) was a bit rude to us and asked if we were drinking (on new years eve) but otherwise a pleasant stay. |

| I was in town for the New Years celebration and I did not want to pay an arm and a leg for a hotel. So I decided to go across to Jersey...a bit skeptical but it worked out perfectly. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Very close to the train station, shopping mall and airport. |

| pris helt okay . . godt sted tæt på lufthavnen og tæt på et stort lækkert center .. men maden på hotel restaurant er ikk særlig go .. så spis ude :) |

| I liked the hotel but the people that worked there were are rude and talk to their guests like they are idiots. For example- We were told that they would hold a "complimentary" $50 on my credit card until I check out and it could take up to 3 days for it to be released. When I checked out, I asked for a reciept to show that I wasn't charged anything and the disrespectful clerk handed me a blank piece of paper. She said, 'We didn't charge you so this is all I can give you'. Needless to say I didn't get my money back until 10 days later. They are another one of those places who talk to their customers as the typical "tourists". That's not cool. But the rooms were nice. |

| I've traveled in and out of Newark a number of times, and in my experience the ONLY airport hotel in Newark that maintains consistent quality service, dining, cleanliness, and travel convenience is the Hilton. They offer a convenient shuttle to and from the airport, parking while you're gone, very fine food and a great bar staff, and the rooms are always clean and comfy. |
