Recent Holiday Express Laguardia Airport Review: "This was our first trip to the "BIG APPLE" and was business not pleasure but the hotel staff was so outstanding that we are planning a trip back for pleasure. They went above the call of duty. We had a business meeting and checked out the day of the meeting and needed to leave our luggage there until we returned and they allowed us to leave it there.  Once we returned we had almost 4 hours til our flight so they offered us a courtesy shuttle to the mall even thought we had checked out already. Not only did they take us to the mall but came back and picked us up then took us to the airport for our flight. If you wanted to be treated like a special guest then this is the place for you. Oh yeah and did I mention the room was great also!!!!"
