| we enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and rooms were clean. Great location, about 2 blocks from the train station |

| We found the Holiday Inn Express to be convenient, safe, moderately priced, clean and comfortable. It's an easy walk (under 3 blocks) to Madison Square Garden or Penn Station. Breakfast is also included. My wife and I had no complaints. We could have paid a lot more, but not gotten anything more than what we got. |

| Nice personell. Small room with little space for clothing and shoes. Good cleaning. OK breakfast but very crowded. Walking distance to many shops and subway. No noice during nights, from other rooms or outside. |

| En términos generales es un buen hotel, limpio y bien ubicado. Muy buena la atención de los empleados. Los únicos aspectos no tan positivos es que el restaurante donde se sirve el desayuno es muy pequeño y por tanto no es fácil conseguir una mesa libre y se congestiona demasiado. La calle un poco sucia . |

| The best part of this hotel was the complimentary wi-fi and breakfast. The location was close to Penn Station. The room was small but clean. The quality of service at the front desk was very good. The support staff lacked people skills to communicate with visitors. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for 2 nights. |

| Although the room was very nice, the shower drain was very slow, and backing up. The street and hallways were loud. the breakfast was not good. Lastly, the most unsatifing thing was the heat was not functioning, and would not go up to a normal temperture. After getting in bed, who wants to move to another room or have a service tech in your room late at night. We won't be back. |
