| Sehr zentraler Ort. Hotel würde ich sofort wieder buchen! Frühstücksarum etwas eng. Frühstück aber ok! Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Andere Hotelgäste (Teenies mit ihrer Schule unterwegs!!) waren in der Nacht teils zu laut! |

| The hotell was fairly ok. Nothing special the rooms where ok.
The service from the staff was great and plesant.
The Fire alarm could how ever be louder so you would realice that it was this hotel that was on fire not the next door one. But staf did go around to look for guests so we got out safe. In the end the fire was small and fixed within minutes so never a huge problem.
Never the less the alarm bell could be more present.
Beside this insedent everything was great. |

| Muito bom serviço, localização muito próxima da Times Square e de várias atracões, inclusive com facilidade de se tomar um taxi ou o metrô. O staff do hotel atende bem e o café da manhã é bom para os padrões americanos. O tamanho do quarto é bom para 2 pessoas, mas fica apertado se for com a familia. Voltaria tranqüilamente para este hotel. Sugestão de melhorias: apenas 2 elevadores demora um pouco em horários de pico; no inverno o aquecimento é por ar quente e não por calefação, não chega a dar desconforto, mas incomoda um pouco; deveria ter cofre nos quartos. No geral, recomendo!! |

| Since we arrive, to the front desk we were recibed with the sentence "you are in your home" the best part was the breakfast, delcious and complete. Probably the use of the elevators was the worst part but indeed it was very well compensated with the service of the staff in generally. In my case I found that many people spoke spanish and it was very confortable for me. Really I recomend this hotel at a good price and very well situated, near from everything |

| Well, other than the elevator situation, you'll probably like this hotel. It is quite modern and everything looks new. The rooms are quite small, but I was not traveling with anyone, so that really wasn't an issue, but two folks with big suitcases would be unhappy. There are 36 floors on the building and there are only two small elevators and the staff use one of those all the time ... so you could find yourself walking up or down a lot of flights of stairs in a very narrow stairwell or standing around the elevator for greatly extended periods of time. I was on the twelfth
floor and I walked down half a dozen times (not that exercise was a bad idea mind you). Breakfast room was nice and the usual Holiday Inn Express breakfast was very good. The location is quite near to the Port Authority Terminal and so easy to get to trains, subways, buses, etc. The neighborhood is not the best ... but I've seen much worse. Nearby restaurants are rather hit or miss -- one would think the 4 or 5 large hotels on 39th street would provide more clientel since they all do not have restaurants inside. Anyway, bed was fine but room TV defaulted to Fox Noise ... now that won't do!!! They need to change that immediately if they want me to drop in again. |

| We spent Saint Patrick's weekend in NY. The hotel was great except for the pillows and the breakfast could have been a little better. We would go back though. The help was extra friendly. |

| After traveling all morning we were greeted by staff at the front desk that couldn't have been nicer. He let us check in a little early so we could drop our bags and take advantage of the glorious day. He gave us directions, restaurant recommendations and was very helpful with all kinds of information.
I don't give praise lightly. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. |
