| Vi troede der var bad på værelset men det findes ikke på dette hotel, men det fungerede faktisk helt ok uden. Beliggenheden er perfekt med flere sublime restauranter i nærheden |

| I wanted was a clean, inexpensive room for an overnight stay in New York. I understood that I would have to share a bathroom, and I was okay with that - I've done it before in other hotels with no problem. But I was disappointed in this hotel because there was NO SINK in my room, and only one of the bathrooms on my floor had a sink in it. This was extremely inconvenient, as I basically had to compete with everyone else just to brush my teeth and wash my face. So just a word to the wise - if you would like to have your own sink, this might not be the place for you. I hear some of the rooms have them, but they could not find me one, so I was stuck without. |

| The hotel room was small, but comfortable, clean, air-conditioned. Two bathrooms per floor with functioning utilities and very clean. Toiletries included, great price, highly recommend for a bargain stay in Manhattan. |

| Located in a beautiful section of lower Manhattan, Hotel 17 is a compact, affordable, safe hotel very conveniently located. The room was clean and neat and quite small by normal US standards. There was a sink in the room, and a very clean bathroom just down the hall with a shower, toilet and sink. My only complaint is the one window in my room did not open due to the window mounted ac.
Highly recommend staying here when budget is king. |

| Very nice stay once again at Hotel 17, near Union Square. It's been updated with wi-fi and in room coffee
maker. We love the area which is conven. located
near subway lines betw. Gramercy Park and E.Village.
Though no frills, except above, the hotel is clean
and is also close to nice restaurants and cafes.
Reasonably priced for NYC. We love the ambiance
and the old artiness. |

| As cheap hotels go, this one was excellent. Shared bathrooms but they were clean and there was rarely a wait.
My one complaint is that I purposely put the "Do NotDisturb" sign on the door so I could sleep in but the maid burst in at 8am on Sunday!
Stuff like that is easily fixed and I did inform the manager. |

| As a longtime former NYC resident who went back recently for a short visit, this turned out to be a great little "home base" while I was there. The place is clean, the staff courteous, and the shared bathrooms were not a problem. The room was tiny but comfortable, and the nearby park a perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee. Loved it. Will use it again. |
