| J'y ai sejourné 2 nuits. La chambre etait petite mais nickel ( lit, draps, moquette, mur, serviette, savon, shampoing etc). Javais une salle de bain en commun, cetait la aussi tres propre et assez disponible. Je vous le recommande car bien situé et propre ( pas tjs le cas a new york - evitez le pennsylvania a ce propos!) |

| Hotel 31 had a good bed to sleep in at night and wake up in in the morning; there was a nice personal sink for brushing teeth, combing hair, and washing hands; and the shared bathroom just down the hall was never busy and always clean in the four days I was there. |

| The hotel offers good facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, everything works as expected, in other words: all we had hoped for. Very centrally located. Worth the money that they ask. |

| Haben zu zweit eine Woche im Hotel 31 verbracht und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war natürlich sehr klein, konnte man aber gut aushalten und auch die Tatsache, dass man sich die Bäder auf dem Flur mit den anderen Gästen teilen musste war gar kein Problem und eine saubere Angelegenheit. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch die Top Lage, da man die meisten Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Insgesammt also ein super Tipp, wenn man nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte und keinen großen Wert auf viel Platz legt. |

| What a charmingly beautiful hotel. I could not have been more pleased to be there. I was a bit worried about the "shared bathroom" idea, but I should not have been. Hotel 31 is a quaint old hotel clearly beofre rooms had bathrooms (they have sinks). There are a number of PRIVATE bathrooms (tub/shower, comode, sink) on each floor and there was never a wait. It was like being a guest in a very good friend's home. I plan to do it again. |

| Ottimo Hotel, si trova in una posizione grandiosa anche a due passi dalla metropolitana.
Chi si accontenta di avere un bagno in comune deve assolutamente provarlo.
La pulizia della camera sempre perfetta ed anche il bagno viene pulito molte volte al giorno.
Il personale sempre molto gentile.

| Det er et fint hotel,vores værelse varmeget lille,men
vi skulle jo også kun sove der.Pænt og rent, ikke noget problem med bad og toilet pågangen.

| This was a short break with friends the hotel was close to attractions clean and good service had own bathroom for the money was extremly good value |

| Das Hotel ist ideal für ein paar Tage in Manhattan. Liegt zentral, man kann zufuß die allen Atraktionen erreichen. Das Personal des Hotels ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmerservice leistet täglich sehr gute Arbeit. |
