Recent Hotel Belleclaire Review: "Anyone headed to NYC should check out a stay at the hotel. Located at 77th st on the upper west side it is a great location as well as a great price. If you enjoy the boutique hotel experience and are looking for a home away from home make this your next stay.. But more importantly, if you would like a staff that looks out for you and is ever vigilant  to your needs this is a must stop for you. I recently left my wallet in a cab 8 hours before my flight home and the staff did everything to help me contact the right people to track it down. Bryant got me a bottle of water while someone eles was helping me figure out if i could board the plane, tracking down faxes from my sister with copies of my passport. When i arrived in san diego there was a phone call from bryant telling me the cab driver had called and had my wallet. I tried to get my son to give Fing the cab driver, the cash that was in my wallet but he refused it and said he just wanted to do the right thing After being up all night i left for the airport at 4 am and when i got home i realized i had left my mink fur vest in my hotel room. In a panic i called back and was reassured by Bryant that some one in housekeeping would take care of it for me and i just needed to call this morning and arrange to have it picked up. I cannot tell you what a difficult time this was and how great this hotel took care of me. i will definitely be returning on my next trip to new york. thanks NYC you have the best people in the world in your city!!!!"
