| Not all of the rooms have a skyline view. Even still, the hotel was very conveniently located between Little Italy and Chinatown. The doormen and reception were extremely helpful with directions and NYC advice. The restaurant had a nice hipster vibe. The only downside is there were no full length mirrors in the rooms - only the elevator. And our room had bad lighting in the bathroom, making make-up application difficult. We visited three other rooms in our party and each room was arranged differently with different ammenities. One had a patio, another a window in the bathroom, another with a fantastic view. We enjoyed the view and complementary refreshments from the lobby. We attended a party in the penthouse. The view of the Manhattan skyline in the penthouse was amazing. Overall it was a great place to stay with an upscale no nonscence feel. |

| Nice trendy boutique-style hotel, in the heart of nightlife in LES. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and new-age, but at the same time slightly on the barren side. Over-all I would recommend and come back. |

| I am in NYC for business every month and I love this hotel. Best bathrooms! Deep tubs, steam showers, great products. And a great bed.
And the new restaurant we really good too. Overall service was nice and friendly. |

| Hotel personnel were pleasant and helpful...especially the lady who took care of us at breakfast and the doorman who secured our cabs on Sunday. View from my room on the 16th floor was lovely...made up for the small size of the actual corner room. |

| I booked a room here for my girl's birthday and it was perfect. We loved the views of the city and the rooms were great. The staff was awesome as well. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. |

| God beliggenhed i et kvarter med stor diversitet. Tæt på metro og i gåafstand til seværdigheder og udmærkede restauranter i den sydlige del af Manhattan
Hotelværelser er store, men under 7. sal er der på bagsiden kun udsigt til en trist og mørk baggård. I betragtning af at hotellet er 4 stjernet burde mindre slidte værelser være at forvente |

| Svårt att hitta men väl innanför dörrarna som betjänades av väldigt trevliga "doormen" så är det ett grymt hotell med bästa läget i Lower East Side. Mycket barer och små cafeér. Har bott närmare Times Square tidigare men aldrig igen. Det riktiga New York finns i Lower East! |

| Mycket trevligt hotell med perfekt läge på nedre Manhattan. Nära till tunnelbana och lätt att gå till SoHo med omgivningar och även Financial Districts.
Rummet var litet men tillräckligt för 4 nätter. Kan tänka mig att boka detta igen, men väljer då att boka ett rum från våning 9 och uppåt. Vi bodde på våning 5 mot en trist gård, vilket kändes instängt.
Gott om barer och matställen i närheten. Ett plus är också närheten till The New Contemporary Art Museum på Bowery Street. |

| Muy buen hotel, loúnioc que recomndaria es hacer un upgrade de los TV ya que estan muy viejos y los canales no que se ven no tienen buena recepcion y cambiar los telefonos. |
