| I travel to the USA 6 - 7 times a year and saty at many hotels. This one is a convenient and very smart hotel. However staff had an unhelpfull attitude eg. two staff at the door, gave confusing and changing information regarding parking the car, - at check in the receptionist was on her own and had to answer enquiries from guests and well as on the phone she tried to enroll me in the hotel rewards programme, but was interupted so many time she gave up. - Due to lacation you have to eat / drink in the hotel and staff gave the impression they
knew that, for dinner I was sat at a table but had to wait for 10 minuets before I was asked what I wanted to drink, the food took another 20 minuets to arrive. Afterwards at the bar the deputy manager stood talking to a staff member whilst I waited to be served and eventually came over served another guest and then eventually me, but was unable to get my drink as they had run out. Not the service you expect when visiting America. Overall disapointed with what should have been a good nights stay |

| Super clean and close to Citi Field , JFK , Bronx zoo. We had a good time. Indoor Pool water too cold.
I recommend this hotel. |

| I had a 15 hour layover in NY. The JFK Hotel was convenient, affordable and fast. I got the free shuttle to the hotel and a ride in the morning when I needed to catch my early flight. the hotel was undergoing renovations when I was there, but the progress looked great! I hear it has been bought by the Hilton Company so it can only improve from ther e. |

| This hotel is right in the middle of major renovations. A little messy right now, but will be great once completed. Fortunately the room was already renovated and that was great. The lobby was in tile mode and a little caotic. I would stay here in the future. The shuttle took a little longer than desired, but I called and they arrived shortly there after. |

| The hotel was undergoing renovation while I was staying. The room was renovated and everything was new. I liked the big new LCD TV in the room. The hotel lobby was messy because of the renovation work. However, the counter service was good though. |

| Although my room was newly renovated and generally satisfactory, there were a number of issues that made for an unpleasant visit. The lobby and restaurant were under construction with crews working until late at night; there was no room service, or simple amenities like shampoo, conditioner, etc. The toilet had not be thoroughly cleaned. Oddly, the design of the bathroom sink did not allow for running hot water. If you turned the handle to get hot water, the water splashed outside of the sink, making a messy pool of water. |

| Got a last minute deal, probably due to the renovations and construction. Convenient to JFK airport, but No frills and marginally comfortable. Staff gets points for being pleasant while working in a construction zone. |

| I got this as a last minute deal when I need to stay near JFK, not the most comfortable place, awful smell in the hallway, but otherwise OK for the money. Staff was pretty helpful. But if you can try for the Hampton next door. |
