Recent Jolly Madison Towers Review: "This hotel had everything we needed for a weekend in Manhattan. Less than one mile from Time Square, Top of the Rock, Broadway and Penn Station. The front desk and bell service was both helpful and professional. They even upgraded our room without even being asked and held our luggage before and after checkout so we could do some additional sightseeing. The  room was of adequate size for New York. The bathroom was clean, well maintained and comfortable. It's located on Madison Ave and East 38th. Walk up one block to Park Ave and head south a few blocks and you are at the Empire State Building. The neighborhood was well lit and we felt very safe walking back to the hotel from Broadway in the late evening. Would definitely consider this hotel for my next trip."
