| Comfortable room with great bed. Loved the breakfast. Location was nearby everything we needed to see and do, including subway and train connections. |

| Overall the service is nice. Room is clean (but not very good carpet). The dinning room has its ceiling leaking water when it is raining continuously or heavily. My room has no leaking or odd smell though. You can place your luggage free there after check-out. The place is close to many Korean bistros and subway. |

| Definitely exceeded my expectations. I think the price is lower because you are in the middle of Koreatown but that didn't bother me. |

| For me it was the perferct combination, price, location and cleanliness, I love it, and they have a plus with a very nice continental breakfast. I'll be always back. |

| The room was very small. Hardly any room for two people to walk around or pass each other.
The Bathroom was ok except for the Toilet. The toilet was partly under the sink so you would need to sit under the sink.
Price was cheaper than other hotels. |

| The location of this hotel is great. Walking distance from Time Square. Price was a bit high. The continental breakfast closed a bit early, it be perfect if they closed at 10:30 or 11 am. My only real complaint is there elevators are extremely slow. There were actually lines to get the elevator. Had to take the stairs, but I guess you can't have it all. |

| This is the cheapest hotel in the area (and it's a great location), and there's a reason for that. Not that it was bad, per se, but it was decidedly mediocre. Getting to your room is a hassle, as the tiny elevators are shared with the rooftop bar...on the other hand, it's a very nice rooftop bar. The rooms are quite small, the beds uncomfortable, but all are clean. The a/c has to be reset by staff every night (which they won't do if you don't call them)...but when it's on it works well. The neighborhood (Koreatown) is pretty dingy and crowded with not a bit of convenient parking, but it's a prime spot for getting to the NYC action. The free continental breakfast is a big plus, and the staff were all friendly. If you just need a place to stow your luggage and sleep, this hotel gets the job done. If you're looking for a hotel that's going to contribute to the enjoyment of your trip, then move a few notches up the price scale. |

| Room was not elaborate but nice and not to cramped. Service was excellent and staff was very cordial. Continental breakfast was great. Within walking distance of Times Square, theater district and most things in Midtown Manhattan. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definetely stay in this hotel again. |
