Recent Loews Regency Hotel Review: "We spent the Memorial Day weekend at Loews Regency with friends. The rooms were well appointed; very generous in size; replete with amenities; very clean and quite comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very unobtrusive and thorough, even with our schedule over five days being very irregular. The Library lounge was excellent with friendly staff and an attention to a high level of service. The doormen were attentive and courteous without being pushy. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful on several occasions with restaurant reservations and theatre assistance. The internet service was an anomaly with an up charge of $15/day in the room and free in the lobby. Not sure of the logic there. The room was listed in the reservation as "a superior king with park view". The room was superior, but the park was two blocks away and absolutely NO view possible. A bit disappointing after paying for the better room and only have a view of an adjacent building under rehab. All things considered, overall the experience was excellent as expected from a Loews' property, and an excellent value in my opinion."
