| séjour parfait à Manhattan, personnel à l'écoute , préférer les chambres dans les étages supérieurs et ne donnant pas sur la 3ème avenue car très bruyant. (nous étions au 5éme étageà l'angle de la 24ème et de la 3ème) |

| I've stayed here several times and it's my new favorite NYC hotel. This is a stylish place with nice amenities, a great staff, in a location that makes it easy to get downtown or uptown or just mill around.
The rooms are small compared to the big chain hotels, but they are comfy and chic. Winebar & restaurant attached for late night dining. |

| I have stayed here three times. The desk clerks are very helpful and the doormen are cheerful and always ready to answer questions. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Brilliant use of a small space without feeling cramped. Love the view from the rooftop terrace. Lower key neighborhood, yet within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and sights. My husband and I will be back! |

| Rent och fräscht hotell med genuint trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen är ganska små och har väldigt tunna dörrar, vilket gör att ljud utifrån korridoren kan vara lite störande. Vi är dock överlag väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse på hotellet. Tips på två bra matställen i närheten är Shake Shack och Eataly. Shake Shack har New Yorks godaste hamburgare och som det är värt att köa för (nästan alltid kö där). Eataly är en italiensk saluhall där man också kan äta middag eller bara ta ett glas vin. |

| The drians were very slow, the TV did not work and a few other issues that were annoying, but I had no problem dealing with.
However, the Bar in the basement - I believe it's called Polar or something like that - is the worst experience of my trip. Rude and obnoxious. It's a joke of a bar and not worth the effort to walk down the steps. You can find lots of great bars and resturants in the same neighborhood. |

| The staff members were efficient and friendly; the room clean and quiet, apart from occasional noise from returning fellow guests at night; the 10th floor with free coffee and computers exceptionally guest-friendly' ; the location perfect for sightseeing and subway. What more can one ask for? Will definitely come back to stay!
Tip: If you are flying to/from JFK use the buses on 2nd Avenue/Third Avenue and change at 53rd St for E train which connects to Airtrain. The hotel can also arrange taxi. |

| Felt new and clean. All staff members encountered--front desk, cleaning, and bellboys--were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great price for limo service back to LaGuardia Airport. Only 1 complaint -- not enough surfaces (tables, shelves) to put items on. No counter space in bathroom.
Highly recommend hotel. |

| Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly and hard working. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only thing I was concerned about was the noise from the hallway, the door didn't seem to be insulated very well and I was afraid the noise in the hallway would keep me up at night. But after 10:30pm there was not much noise coming from the hallway and I was able to sleep soundly through the night. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |
