| Wow. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here. My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary. Located in chic Chesea, so lots of great restaurants. There is a fabulous patio restaurant bar right in the hotel which is a destination spot for the locals. It's above street level so you have a perfect view of the nightlife. The room was spacious for NYC. Bed comfy. VERY nice amenities in the bathroom. Very cool rainfall shower. No street noise and not a sound from the neighboring rooms. Real airconditioning with a thermostat you could adjust. The staff was extremely nice. We loved being out of the craziness of Times Square, but we actually walked there several times (it did help to stop in a pub or two along the way). This place was everything we hoped for and more. I highly recommend it. You will pay more in Times Square for MUCH less space (I've stayed there and I know). After 4 nights I was ready to move in!! |

| There was a major motion picture shoot surrounding the city blocks of the hotel, which made for some creative parking, etc -- but staff was super-accomodating. Sad the rooftop was not open, but had a great time at the hotel. Really never felt crowded, which can be rare in NYC. |

| I thought the price was a bit steep but it's in manhattan and very easy to get to off the subway. Excellent concierge service, I got a dinner reservation within walking distance on new years eve just by calling the front desk. |
