| The staff at this hotel were the best part! I'm from Cleveland and came for my first time just for New Year's and they were so helpful with my million questions! The rooms were clean also! |

| We rented seven rooms for a group of friends and family for New Years Eve. This was our second New Year's Eve at this Marriot. It's an older hotel but very well maintained and clean. The rooms were great, very quiet. The staff were efficient and made us feel welcome. The hotel was convenient to our destination. Everyone in our party had a great tim e! |

| I was disappointed that the rooms did not have free wi-fi. Also, no complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was very accommodating, and polite. |

| We had a bad experience with a cab and the Hotel manager Russell took care of the problem right away.
He is an asset to Marriott. |

| While it is not near most NYC tourist hot-spots staff was very helpful in providing information for intercity travel. The room was very nice. My daughter who lives in the city stayed with me at the hotel and this made it very convenient for us. My room had two great comfortable beds, a great view of the airport and water. The restaurant was outstan ding. |

| Very nice hotel, excellent service. Shuttle service to the airport is timely and reliable, every 15 minutes as they promised. I stayed here because I had an early flight from LGA and would recommend it again for business travel. You'd have to take the shuttle to the airport to catch a taxi, but they do have a car service on call, and they charged a flat rate to Manhattan. |
