| We arrived at the hotel early via the subway, and they checked our bags so we could go to the museum. When we came back, our room was ready. It was a nice little suite, perfect for myself and my daughter. 2 large flat screen tv's, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sink and cabinets, a small but functional bathroom, couch, a desk and a small table with 2 chairs. There was a clock radio in the bedroom with an ipod dock, which was a nice touch. Internet access was great.
The king size bed was very comfortable. There were 2 markets on Broadway, where we got fresh fruit, cheeses and some drinks for the room. All in all, I would stay here again the next time we visit Manhattan. |

| Our stay at the Milburn was most enjoyable. The room was large, recently remodeled, and the location of the hotel was great. After a busy day in NY, it was a welcome respite! A free business center and continental breakfast on weekdays were nice extras. And the staff was most accommodating. |

| While it isn't 5 star, the Milburn was a great hotel.
Compared to other Manhattan hotels, the room sizes couldn't be beat. I have paid far more in less centralized locations for far less room. The kitchenette really is fantastic.
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The only negative was that the drains all flowed slowly. |

| Front desk was a bit disorganized and not especially friendly. Same for breakfast room which was posted to start at 6:30 a.m. but then did not open until 7:00 a.m. Bed felt old and mattress squishy. Other than that the room was very nice, not a bad size, and the bathroom was well appointed, clean, good size with good soaps and shampoo. Had free coffee and a sink and little kitchen in the room. Maid service only so-so, since they do not remake beds, just pull the covers up. Great location if you want to be on the Upper West Side. For the price, compared to other places, it is a good bet. |

| The price and location were excellent. They are doing some remodeling, so I'm sure it will get even better. |

| We paid the same amount for a hotel in the theater district last year and got little more than a bed and bathroom. For nearly the same price on the Upper West Side, we enjoyed a large room with a kitchenette, wonderful size bathroom and comfortable beds. Away from the craziness of Midtown, but only blocks from the Subway, this is a wonderfully convenient and lovely hotel. Great value! |

| I would recommend this to someone who doesn't want to spend the money on a more luxurious hotel. For the price, it was certainly good enough. Room was a decent size. I liked having the kitchenette (refrigerator, sink, and microwave). Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Only two complaints: Late at night several times the hot/cold water control was weird. Bed kind of sloped, but no big deal. Room was quiet -- didn't hear traffic. Laundry room in basement was useful. Loved the location. One block from Fairway and 4 blocks from Zabars. |
