| I was relieved that this was just what I was hoping for- clean, comfortable, and close to Times square. There were a few glitches due to the renovation but manager took care of it and in the end we were happy with our stay and the service. Small, clean room with surprisingly comfortable bed and linens! Don't think you can get a better value for the money! |

| Was in NYC alone on business and stayed one night to meet friends for dinner. Service is satisfactory for that purpose but it's not a place I'd want to stay for more than a night. The bar is small with tiny plastic tables/chairs and drinks served in plastic cups. Front desk personnel were pleasant but the area was cluttered with messy desk behind the reception counter. Room was satisfactory though the thermostat was set on 77F and I couldn't change it, so turned it off and opened the windows. Room was quiet and reasonably comfortable, but if outside temperature was cold or hot the open-window option would be less favorable. Good water pressure in shower! Didn't use internet access. Flat-screen TV worked. Don't know about restaurant (if any). Reminds me of hotels in Europe that cost much more. Overall view: satisfactory; NYC needs a hotel like this but it's a high-volume low-cost product. |

| My lady and I had a wonderful time at the Milford Plaza. The front desk service was very cordial and she evened "bumped" our room from a queen to a king ... not too shabby. My son and his fiance joined us at the bar area for drinks on Sunday evening and as with the front desk staff, the bartender was quite courteous. We will definitely return to the Milford Plaza in the future. |

| I had a outstanding stay at the Milford Plaza, the location could not had better around the corner from times square. Perfect excess to everything that I wanted, the service was excellent, the staff was outstanding, the hotel going through renovation did not distract from my overall stay. The room was very satisfactory plus I received an upgrade when I checked in again outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and price was great.

| Simple, clean, and funky. Staff was accommodating. Remodel will do wonders for the hotel. Best location. Only down side- luggage service line a little too slow and long but friendly. |

| I loved this hotel! The location was fantastic (located one block away from Times Square and right next to a lot of the theaters) and the staff was very kind. It was very clean and I never had any problems. It is kind of an old hotel, though, so the insolation was not that great. I happened to be there at the end of Winter and it was still very chilly. If you're sleeping on the side of the bed closest to the window, there's a good chance you'll be cold. Also, the walls are very thin. I was able to hear everything my neighbors were saying. Other than that, no complaints! I'd definitely stay here again. |
