Recent New York Palace Review: "I spent a long time choosing this hotel and looked at previous reviews before making my decision.this was going to be a surprise 25th wedding anniversary present for my wife so i wanted to make sure it would be special.I origionally booked a room in the main hotel due to the towers part being more expensive, however i found that an offer appeared on hotel.com 2 weeks before i was going to travel and swiftly booked a room in the towers section of the hotel and was so pleased that i did.
The Towers section has an executive suite on the 39th floor which allows access to tower guests only.
this facility was amazing allowing drinks and food +breakfast all free of charge at certain times of the day.The executive suite also allowed you to take drinks and snacks to your room to save paying for items in the mini bar.
The Towers section has its own booking in area and lifts which made you feel really special
The service was excellent and our concierge Gunter gave us good advice on things to see and places to go nothing was too much trouble.
if you are looking to stay at this hotel all I can say is BOOK IT.
We had an amazing time the hotel has everything you could wish for its clean the rooms are amazing and I cant wait to stay again ."
