| The hotel is located in the Korean District (very safe) with great Korean BBQ locations and three blocks from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Staff was efficient, rooms small but comfortable, clean and adequate, elevators a little slow/small but acceptable, and location good for getting around the city. I would stay there again. |

| I loked everything about this hotel. Friendly staff, easy check-in, location, continental breakfast was fresh and standard. Room was clean and modern although small but fine for me. Bed was extremely comfortable and A/C worked too well (smile)! Very modern and clean all of the basics included. I would definately stay there again. Excellent value for the money! |

| The location of the hotel is right in the middle of Koreatown, so you are surrounded by really good Korean food and plus you're only one block away from the Empire State Builing. Everything was clean and organized. The front desk staff, the bellman and the cleaning lady were all extremely helpful. Breakfast was very well organized. Overall, we were very satisfied, especially with the price of hotel. We will definitely return. |

| I took my daughter as a birthday trip. We were in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the stay. It was just the location of where the hotel was at. I mean to walk pass nasty smell while we were there was not my idea of great location. Over all the stay was a great on. |

| The only problems I had were that the ice machine was not working, Iron steamer was broken and there were a few pieces of hair on the bathroom floor. The room was a little narrow so it would be hard to have more then two people in the room at a time.
Besides that it was clean, the AC worked and I was satisfied. Good overall for price and hotel name, but if you are used to large luxury hotels, and large spacious rooms, I would look elsewhere. |

| very comfy mattress, decent, but crowded breakfast room (don't take a room on the 2nd floor)...walking distance from Penn Station, Empire State Bldg, Korea Town can be Noizy until the early AM hours. Not friendly, but efficient service, pay-per-computer, helpful concierge, Slooow elevators. All in all, a very nice stay. |

| I was really pleased with the Red Roof Inn. It was great value and a great location, just a block from Empire State Building or Macy's, and handy to the subway. Lots of other amenities very close by. I was in town with a friend to see some shows and our room was great, very comfortable and clean, and a good size for New York. The whole hotel was very clean and up to date, and offered complimentary on-line airline check-in. The breakfast wasn't fancy but we did appreciate having it available. Overall the service at the hotel was friendly and prompt. I would definitely stay here again, and I have already recommended the hotel to others. |
