Recent Radisson Lexington Review: "This hotel is highly UNDERRATED on this and other websites. I was very happy with my experience at the Radisson Lexington. I happen to stay there over the Labor Day week-end , which also was the US Open week-end and even though the hotel was completely booked up , when I arrived to check in I was given an upgraded room right away.... I didn't even ask  for one ! Nora at the front desk was such a delight . She took such good care of me. Thanks again Nora , you're terrific ! I must admit that when I read some of the other reviews about this hotel , I was not expecting much for my money. BUT , whoever those people are that posted the poor reviews , I would strongly reccomend they go back to this hotel and take another look. They will quickly change their reviews and rave about the Radisson Lexington. In fact there was one review from someone who complained about how difficult it was to get any hotel staff to meet their requests, but believe me when I say that there wasn't a single time when I walked through the lobby when I wasn't approached by a hotel staff member and asked if there was anything they could do for me. They made me feel like a real VIP. And this was at a time that they were really busy with the US Open people staying there. I'm lucky enough to go to the great city of New York a couple times a year and I would be very happy to spend each visit at the Radisson Lexington. Let's hope they'll have a room available for me. To all the staff there, especially Nora , I'd like to thank you for doing a superb job. I will definitely see you again soon."
