Recent Ramada Newark Intl Airport Review: "I was really impressed with the quality of the hotel. I had never been to New Jersey before, and had only heard negative remarks about the city. After driving for about 8 hours it was a huge relief to pull-up and see a clean and nicely manicured hotel. After pulling a ticket to be able to park in the lot (up to 1/2 hour - free; $5 for longer & $15 overnight)we proceeded to check-in. The lobby was very nice and hospitable looking. I felt very comfortable there and I have worked at 4-star hotels before. We checked in at 3pm exactly it was smooth, it only took 5 minutes . When we got to the room it exceeded my expectations for the price. Very clean, presentable, and quiet for the size of the hotel. My children ordered pizza from the deli in the lobby which they enjoyed, and the price was appropriate. All in all I felt safe happy to be here there were no surprises. The attitudes of the employees were kind of rude, but then again what do you expect for the area. Transportation to the city(NY), was a breeze. We asked the front desk agent he said drive to Penn Station NJ and the New Jersey Transit will take you to Penn Station New York the round trip tickets were $7.00 for each person if you don't mind taking the subway. It was fun exciting and a cultural experience."
