| It was my first time staying over at the Hotel. I was surprised at how the hotel was clean (not that I expected it not to be). The room I stayed at with my husband was clean and comfortable as well. Hotel location didn't bother at all. It is convenient. If you know the area there's plenty of things to do around but you will have to step out. The Hotel has a bar/restaurant/lounge that seemed very cozy, pretty and good place to hang out. Staff was attentive and respectful. I did request room service and the food arrived fast (and it was a Friday night) but do allow them about 30 mins to get it ready. The food was good. The only thing that I didn't like was that the parking was not included in the stay which I didn't think it was fair. My husband and I were driving both of our cars and we both needed to pay for parking. I just thought that since you are staying over the hotel as a paying customer, parking should be included. But other than that, no other complaints. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the Hotel to anyone that needs to stay in the area. Check it out!!! |

| Extremely helpful friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Good food in the hotel restaurant. Couldn't have asked for more on the night before we left for our cruise! |
