| We came up to NYC at the last minute to visit our children. The Ritz Carlton was the perfect place to stay: quiet, uncrowded, relaxed--and reasonably priced for NYC. |

| Hôtel de grande classe que nous avons choisi pour sa situation et ses chambres avec vue sur la Statue de la Liberté et la baie de New York. Chambre aux proportions très généreuses, vue à couper le souffle, service impeccable. Un petit bemol: le mauvaisn état de certaines vitres ne permet pas de profiter tout-à-fait pleinement de la vue. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau c'est un peu dommage. |

| Impresionante calidad de servicio. Muy tranquilo y silencioso y muy bien ubicado. No es un problema que esté en el sur de Manhattan, varias paradas de metro a menos de 4 minutos caminando lo unen al resto de la ciudad.
Repetiría en este hotel en mi siguiente visita. |

| The Ritz-Carlton Battery Park is the place to stay when you are in NYC. Everything from the view to the hotel staff are super. Every single staff person we came in contact with welcomed us and asked us to enjoy our stay. The room was spectacular. |

| リッツにしては割安かなと思い、予約した。ロウアーマンハッタンということで、騒々しくなく環境はよかった。地下鉄の駅に近く、交通の便はよい。サービスは特別良いというわけでもなく、金額的にはそれなりかな。ただ、マンハッタンのホテルということと、リッツカールトンホテルということを考えれば料金的には安いかもしれない。マンハッタンの他のホテルのことは知らないので、比較のしようがないのだが。全体的にはまあまあかな。チップを枕の上ではなく、テーブルの上に置いておいたら、持っていかなかった。他のホテルのレビューを読むと、トランクの中に入れておいた現金がなくなったなどの記述がちらほら見えるが、リッツの従業員は非常に信用できる。 |

| Our concern with being given a low floor hotel room key evaporated as soon as we opened the door. We'd booked a Statue of Liberty View room and were not disappointed. We had a large corner room with a great view of the statue and harbor. Room was equipped with telescope, which made the views even better. Room was quiet & comfortable. Service at front desk, check-in and check-out was top notch. Bartender was friendly and helpful. Caution that this hotel is way downtown (we had business meeting right across street), so if you want to go uptown, just be prepared to pay a healthy cab fare. If we have business in that area again, we will surely return. |

| The hotel is very good - little bit outside but you can use the taxi or the subway to go to everywhere.
AS expected and ame as in every Ritz Carlton Hotel the service is very very good.
(only a pool is missing) |
