Recent Roosevelt New York Review: "Once you walk into the hotel you can automatically see the beauty. And it doesn't stop there. The hotel room is clean and big. We stood in the Superior King room. The bed was big and comfy. We even ordered a fridge for the room to keep our snacks and drinks. The staff were very friendly and we didn't have to wait at all for the room. Check in and check  out were both very easy. I would also like to note that around 5am our toilet did overflow so we called the emergency number and not even 5 minutes later did a guy come and fix the toilet and also clean up the bathroom floor. At 5am!! Also I loved the fact that on the desk when you walk in the room, there is a binder with ALL of the phone numbers of everything you need in the hotel PLUS the room service menu. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the room service was kind of expensive so we didn't get it but next time my fiance and i go (which believe me we will be going again) we will order room service because I do wanna try their food! I recommend this hotel to anyone. The price is worth it and my fiance and I are actually planning on having our wedding there."

    Opened in 1924 at the height of the Jazz Age, this "Grand Dame of Madison Avenue" provides a landmark location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
