Recent Soho Grand Hotel Review: "This hotel was disgustingly cool. So cool that they don't even have signs to indicate where the elevator, lobby or front desk are. The air conditioner was leaking in our room when we got in, not something that would really necessitate a room change, but they not only changed our room but gave us an upgrade as well as free dinner vouchers for the hotel  lounge. The staff was super accommodating and really really nice. The lounge is very stylish and there are super cool dog statues all over. Overall, the hotel was physically comfortable but I spent the majority of my time there uncomfortably insecure and generally feeling unworthy. This is a place for the rich and hip. It doesn't hurt that it's smack-dab in the center of soho, where not-worthiness is a common feeling everywhere. It's an experience for sure."
