| The rooms are small, no doubt about that. No closet. Can practically change the channel on the LCD TV at the foot of the bed with my toes! That said, the room was well-appointed. Modern. Very nice. Would stay here again, no more than 2 people. Forget about bringing a child. |

| Hotel was nice and trendy in the lobby, the room, though small, was comfortable and in good condition. The location was perfect for anyone who likes to be centrally located when staying in NYC. The price of the room combined with all of that makes it a great value overall. |

| One of the best places to stay in Manhattan for the price. Only steps from Times Square, and only about two blocks to Rockefellar and 5th Avenue, and a block from the subway, this hotel is right dead center in the heart of all that New York has to offer. You cannot stay in a better spot. Once you arrive, the lobby takes your breath away. Original handblown glass chandeliers, modern art and sculptures, and huge salt water aquariums with trendy furnishings. This place is definitely for the 'jet set' crowd. Great service at the front desk, and the reasonably priced upgrade to get a king room with a street view was worth it. Once in the room, we turned on the BOSE stereo and enjoyed it nonstop. There was also a 42 inch flatscreen TV with awesome channels, high end lighting and window coverings, and a super clean bathroom, safe, robes, the works. The bar and nightclub on site is super trendy, again, it had a hollywood - 'lifestyles of rich and famous' feel to the whole place. Well worth every penny. Bellman were terrific too. Cannot imagine a better place to stay than this for the price. It seemed like these rooms should be selling for three times what we paid. Highly recommend to everyone traveling to Manhattan / New York City. |

| A flat panel TV but no cable. Noisy AC/Heater. Room is tiny but what do you expect for the price? Housekeeping knocks despite the Do Not Disturb sign (electronic button) and then comes in with their key. I hate when hotel staff does that. Check in and check out was easy. A nice very modern looking hotel. |

| The Stay Hotel offered a great spot to launch an adventure in NYC. Just a block from Time Square, you are conveniently placed near the happenings of NYC including Broadway, restaurants, clubs, and brand name stores. Literally everything is at your finger tips . Considering the location the price is reasonable. Parking on the street is very limited so garage is a must if you intend to park for a long duration so be prepared to pay for parking.
Hotel:
The hotel's facade may fool you to be an ordinary hotel, but inside the lobby is gorges with tropical fish tanks, modern furniture, a business center, a helpful/friendly front desk help. Will impress any guest. Tucked in the back there is a good size club and hotel, a real crowd pleaser.
Room:
The room was small, our full sized bedroom fits two comfortably, normal size for NYC's hotel room. If you have a lot of luggage be ready to shuffle them around the room in order to maneuver in the space. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. The temperature was adjustable and the windows provided some fresh air. The TV and radio were nice amenities to have. There was limited cable and the radio already had some presets. Bathroom is what amounts to a closet with sink, shower and toilet. Enough room for two people to use but not too much room to spare.
Problems :
-Heater/AC is loud. When it kicks in, you will hear the vents rumble waking us up in the middle of the night. It was nice to keep the room a good temperature but while trying to sleep, it was annoying.
-The room was not well insulated against sound. In our room we could hear the closing doors around our floor(this was a HUGE problem because all the doors were heavy therefore you could not avoid slamming the door), the voices of our neighbors and the club below. We were on the third floor.
-Our remote was missing the battery cover which was fixed with electrical tape and the batteries kept falling out. Not a problem, but annoying.

| There are tons of better choices in NYC. Worst hotel I ever stayed at in NYC. Great bar downstairs; but room is the size of a king bed. Really poor. Never stay here again. |

| The Stay very close to the Times Square, so it is in the very convenient location.
The room is typical in NY hotel, small. But it was clean and comfortable.
I requested a refrigerater and they could carry one in right away.
The hotel room does not have any coffee maker, which is kind of typical of this kind of hotel in manhattan.
A parking garage is right next door, and there is a good grocery/deli next door, too. |

| Small room, loved the Bose radio and large flat screen. Also enjoyed the music (rock)and atmosphere of the lobby. A stone's throw from Times Square and a hip little joint. I'd go there again. |

| Overall the hotel was amazing but...if you are wanting a peaceful night sleep then make sure you stay on the upper floors.
The hotel is also a nightclub with VERY loud music that goes on until 4 in the morning on weekends.

| Hotel was a good value. Was there on business. NO GYM although they would give you a pass to one nearby, which at 6:00 a.m. wasn't really going to happen.If you are coming for more than a night or two with luggage, this is not the hotel for you. There is a wiggly bar with hangers on it and that is it! In the winter with more than one coat I don't know what you'd do. Rooms are very small but well appointed. Bed/bedding ware excellent. Hopping bar scene downstairs. Room service did not even bother to answer the phone after three attempts. Gave up and went out. |
